I don’t live here, but a close friend has for nearly five years. While her apartment itself is nice, the overall property management and upkeep are very disappointing. There is a clear lack of accountability. Ongoing issues include stolen packages, trash left in common areas, and complaints that go unaddressed. As I’m writing this, there is still debris in the hallways from Easter plastic eggs, wrappers,confetti and Styrofoam that has not been cleaned. The property is not well maintained. Estuve hoy en el condominio y quedé deslumbrado, me encantó, son apartamentos espaciosos y cómodos , se siente mucha paz y es muy bonito el lugar , además vale resaltar el buen trato del personal que me atendió y me mostró el lugar, Gracias Lydia por tu amabilidad y profesionalismo. Excelente trabajo en verdad!!!. Espero que halla disponibilidad pronto , y así, mudarme para ese precioso lugar
I have been looking at apartment options and stopped in to talk to Lydia, the office manager. She was so kind and helpful and gave me a tour while explaining amenities in detail. Normally I dont like the whole "tour" experience but she made it seem like she genuinely cared. The apartments themselves were also very nice.
I’ve lived at LaCroix since 2007, and overall my experience has been positive. Location is great, hidden in a neighborhood so not to many know about this place. Also a lot of restaurant and shopping areas near by. Property manager is sweet and tries her best, Maintenance fast, reliable, the apartments themselves are very spacious, and I especially love having a balcony as well as central AC.
