i hate to be this person but people shouldn’t be scammed by this business. i booked an appointment recently as a last resort & i had already been here before, it was an alright experience when they were in the bronx. i guess they’ve moved now & left the bookings open. claritza, whomever she is, emails me less than 24hrs before my appointment to tell me she can’t commence with my service because her salon wasn’t ready. Clean, friendly, and amazing structured gel manicure that lasts almost a month! Best to schedule an appointment in advance as they stay pretty busy so it's hard to walk in.
