Came in for a pedicure and Jay was super attentive and friendly. I decided to change my gel color and she was very accommodating. The salon was very clean—would definitely come back!
This salon was ok but i went for a fresh set of gel x nails as a walk in and i barely had any nail prep done by the tech (she didn’t clip my cuticles at all?) and i had some noticeable cuticle flooding with the gel polish. I asked for something between almond and oval and kept asking for her to make them less pointy but i still left with super almond shaped nails that i ended up filing myself at home. I love the Lacquer Lounge! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I’ve loved every manicure. Always greeted with the warmest welcome and then I get my Trixie time . That little girl takes fabulous to a whole new level! The entire staff is extremely talented. I work with J, who is an absolute goddess! She’s artistic, creative, and fun! The customers are awesome as well. I cannot tell you how many fun group conversations I’ve gotten into. Equally, I’ve had calm, relaxing experiences.
