Customer service should be built on respect, patience and a willingness to help. Sadly, I did not feel valued as a customer during this visit. The lack of professionalism and management oversight was quite noticeable. I like the brand, but experiences like this reflect poorly on it. I was very disappointed with my experience today. While I understand that not every employee behaves the same way, the service I received was far from welcoming.
