Terrible experience with this company and the representatives from this God awful office. My order was lost by Purolator, Purolator finally closed the case claiming it to be lost and asked me to contact this set of incompetent representatives. Who continued to deny my claim until I called the case manager from Purolator. Turned out that these incompetent set of people submitted a claim before the case was closed from Purolator which caused the claim to be denied because the case was not yet closed. Si je peux mettre moins un étoile je ferai, pas de respect des délais de livraison ,article acheté en ligne pas arrivé lacoste dit que c'est épuisé malgré que l'achat et fait, le plus pire service en ligne, vous êtes encore dans a l'année 1928

Recent purchase was canceled, then shipped with zero text or email confirmation and most upsetting still haven't received 30 discount to be credited to my credit card after numerious phone calls to their customer service call centre in Florida. Time will tell if I have to all them again. If deal with Lacoste from Canada ensure you keep track of your orders prices and dates. Given Lacostr product prices I would have expected better service if they expect to build a customer base .
