***TAKE CARE CUSTOMERS*** There is no refund at this store. Yes, they don’t accept returns per a new policy they made a year ago. Its written on the receipt as a fine print but they never advertised or mentioned anything about it at the sale point when I checked out at the cashier. They offered an exchange but this was not what I wanted. Probably the first time I hear “no returns” in the U.S. What made it even worse is the attitude of the staff there.
