poor customer service and return policy so bad
This is our second time back to this store. Great selection great prices and super friendly staff. This girl’s name - ten stars - is Janiya who was our sales rep during each visit. She was very helpful and super friendly. TEN STARS LACOSTE
the store itself was great and beautifully organised. everything had amazing discounts. thacianna aided me throughout my visit and we decided on a great outfit in the end. my only issue is with the cashier (not sure what her name was). my total was supposed to be $130 but i got charged $150 and i only noticed after leaving the store. i returned and thacianna was able to get me quickly refunded.
Worst Lacoste store manager “thacci” rude and not helpful at all .
