My experience wasn’t great. They don’t accept returns, and when I asked for a refund, I was only offered store credit. This policy should be made much clearer upfront
If you don’t want your good day ruined and your mood spoiled, don’t shop here. They don’t accept returns or issue refunds without a reason. Instead, they only offer store credit or an exchange. Don’t even bother trying to speak with the store manager, he’s arrogant and unwilling to understand. I’m now going to file a chargeback claim with my bank.
