As much as I love Lacoste, the checkout process at this outlet is always a pain point. There are never enough cashiers, while plenty of floor associates stand around seeing the crowd pile up at the register. The single cashier is left overwhelmed, leading to delays and mistakes. Store management needs to redistribute staff to where customer need actually is—at the register.
Lacoste is hands down my favorite store! I have a closet completely full of this clothing line, including their hats, shoes, watches, and more. I really wish there was a location closer to home in Augusta, GA, but I happily travel all the way to the Orlando, Florida outlet just to enjoy the amazing shopping experience here. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality style!
