Outstanding experience at Lacoste! Jacop was incredibly supportive, attentive, and professional. This level of service really makes a difference highly recommended!
Terrible service. Tried to enter store but the doors were locked due to crowd control around 3pm. I counted 10 customers and about 7 employees. Employees just looked as my wife knocked on door in hopes of making a purchase. I was able to convince her to spend the money elsewhere. Looking at the other reviews it's very clear they have problems with their employees and poor service. Too many alternatives around that store to have such bad service. They might as well keep their doors locked for good.
Waited outside for several minutes waiting to get in. No one else was in line. Had around 10 people shopping in the store. Unlike other brands that are more upscale in that shopping plaza, they didn't have anyone manning the door. They just had a sign asking for patience if they were at capacity. They definitely weren't. Tried knocking for attention. Two employees looked, but they never moved towards the door. Really felt like after we did the rest of our shopping that we should go back by and ask if they work on commission ... read more
Arnaque sur les prix. Une étiquette n’avait pas été enlevée. Prix affiché 87$. sur un polo. Sur les autres 125$. La caissière qui avait arraché l’étiquette à la caisse n’a pas voulu nous la remontrer. Manque d’honnêteté. Manager à côté a fait mine de ne pas comprendre. Promotion affichée à 40%. Donc 75$ au lieu du vrai prix 87$, super promo….
