I have been coming to Irwin's Quick Lane for a number of years. I have always received excellent service, and I trust my car's care to them. Bill Salta, Rick, and the Laconia Quicklane team provide an honest, reliable, and professional service. I've had several vehicles serviced for a variety of reasons over the years. My most recent experience deserves a review. I brought my car in to have the brakes looked over about a month ago. They found that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and made the necessary repairs. After a few weeks, I found that my brakes were sounding loud again. As always Bill Salta goes above and beyond, making sure to give people the best service and advice possible. He has always made sure to keep us up to date on the services provided and has never missed on a time line of when our vehicles would be ready for pickup. Hopefully he never decides to retire, it would be a big loss to not only quick lane but also his clientele.
