Bill Salta is the leader in friendly service. I needed a last minute safety inspection two years ago and he found the time to perform the inspection. They are fast, efficient and thorough. I had a flat tire a couple days ago , and my car was towed to irwin toyota. Lisa Stone was extremely helpful in coordinating my service and getting things done in a timely fashion. Lisa and the crew went out of the way to contact me in of the status of my car and get it back to me as soon as possible. I was very pleased with the service.
Communication issue was corrected on the type of rim, steel instead of alloy. Bill reached out to me to correct the issue and made this customer happy. Gave credit for steel wheels and mounted and balanced new alloys at no cost. Thank you!
