After having a bad experience getting my RAV4 hybrid serviced at a dealership in Arizona (where I was pressured big time to have unnecessary work done), I was delighted by my experience at Quick Lane in Laconia. Bill is personable and professional, the mechanic who worked on the car was friendly, and the servicing was done quickly. No pressure to add any extra work on, and I ended my experience with a free car wash. Five stars aren’t enough for this excellent shop!
Bill Salta and his crew at Quick Lane in Laconia are absolutely fantastic. I happened to be in the area and in need of an oil change, so I took my truck to Quick Lane and within 30 minutes, it was done. Bill is professional, personable, and just a generally pleasant guy to do business with. I will happily come back here for my next oil change :)
