I've been coming to this vet clinic for over 5 years, even after moving into Red Deer. The staff are very knowledgable, caring, and generally great humans. I've had two medically high needs pets, and the care I've received is always top tier. Pricing is fair and I've never felt pressured into unnecessary diagnotistics or procedures. I would without hesitation recommend this vet to others.

We have no bad experiences here. We have many, many, many pets that have been here and we are always happy with the results. They are thorough, upfront about costs and options, great at explaining things and letting you know in-depth how to do after care for your fur baby.

My little dog was suddenly in very poor condition and I didn't know why. I took him to the clinic. Dr Kayla Nielsen-Klug immediately started assessing him and was very proactive in his treatment based only on his symptoms. The reception staff were fantastic about keeping me informed. I was always consulted before any treatment was given, told of the cost and whether I approved. The care he received (and myself) was exceptional. Great clinic. They also contacted me the next day to see how he was doing.
