I have had my vehicle in the service department at this Ford dealership four times now and each time has been a great experience. Everyone that works there always seems to be in such a great mood and enjoys working there. It's obvious that the manager of the service department must be doing a great job and that rubs off on the employees and eventually the customers as well. I will recommend Lacombe Ford to anyone that asks where they should have work done on their vehicles.

My daughter's boyfriend had his Expedition towed here when the motor wouldn't turn off with the ignition. He had Kal-tire look at it previously, and they agreed it was more than likely the command start causing the issue, but that to be sure he should bring it to Ford. Lacombe Ford was informed of this issue. Almost 700 dollars later (It would have been almost 900, but they took off some bogus charges just to look good), the vehicle issue ( which WAS the command start) was not fixed, but they did put in a battery.
