Totally disgusted with the horrible service from the pharmacy, including the pharmacist himself. We waited over 24 hours after the pharmacy received the prescription for pain medication, to be taken after major surgery to remove a brain tumor. 24 hours!! We came 3 times on the day after it was supposed to be ready, and told to come back in half an hour. Of course I asked for the owner to get in touch with me, but she did not. Go to Costco instead. What a pleasant experience at Laclie Pharmacy yesterday! What felt like a convoluted, overwhelming issue, turned out to be none of that, thanks to the gal behind the pharmacy counter. She asked the questions that she needed the info to help me and I was out in no time. Situation resolved by a kind and understanding lady.
The staff and pharmacist at this pharmacy are great. I forgot to pick up my Rx until 4:45 this long weekend. They close at 5. We live about 15 minutes away. The pharmacist agreed to wait for us to arrive, as I would have run out of pills before Tuesday. As it turned out we got there at 5:01. Thank you, thank you. I really appreciated you helping me out.
