Told them I thought something was wrong with my pressure tank. They came out and confirmed that I was correct and that they don't work on pressure tanks. Charged me $135... took them maybe 5-10 minutes to confirm what I told them over the phone and I live about 10 minutes away from their shop. They need to remove water heater repair from their list of services, they sent an unqualified person to unsuccessfully diagnose and repair my water heater and have yet to rectify their mistake.
After the last cold snap, our family was left with pipes frozen and then 4 broken spots. They were swamped with business and emergency calls but worked quickly to address our issues and get our water back on. They went above and beyond. We weren’t left with any hidden fees. This company is exceptional and highly recommended in the Lebanon/Eldridge area!
