Great staff very knowledgeable in their field of expertise
OK, I know a lot about a lot of things, but electric motors is not one of them. I have a back-up pump jack on my windmill with an electric motor that has been there for well over 40 years. It started running hot and I didn't know why. Because of my previous excellent experiences at Lackore, I removed the motor and ventured to Winona. Even though it was the 3rd of July, they were extremely accommodating and the problem was found in about 30 seconds. Took a motor in and had the worst customer experience! They do not explain their ridiculous fees for estimates UNTIL you pick it up... then its "oh by the way... What… You mean you didn't see our little pricing sheet on the wall... You couldn’t possibly think we offer free estimates?” Beware of their website pricing too, it doesn’t match their fine print pricing on their cluttered office wall. Owners comment to that "well… we don't update our website like we should..." SERIOUSLY? Then maybe you should communicate it VERBALLY... read more
