If I could give this pharmacy a zero or minus star review I would! I have to pick up the same prescription every three months, and every single visit is a frustrating experience. I consistently arrive before opening time and am usually one of the first people in line. Despite being early, I still end up waiting 4+ hours just to receive a prescription that should take only a few minutes to process. The parking has gotten worse and people make mad dash for spot your waiting for. There use to be a courtesy shuttle for handicap that have to park way out, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. When you activate prescriptions on line(get in line) the system doesn't let you choose to pick up from the lockers. Last thing, the people handing out meds are doing good job, just doesn't seem to be enough people.
I wish I could give them zero stars. I got off the phone with a very rude pharmacy tech and he hung up on me. I’ve been trying to get information all day about my prescription and was treated awfully
I’ve had good experiences here, I think the longest I’ve had to wait for pick up was about 20 mins. Staff was nice and helpful
