I was traveling prior to the Christmas holidays and broke down just outside of Forrest City, AR with a busted water pump. Mr. Lackey showed empathy and professionalism towards me and the situation I was in. He repaired my vehicle in under 3 hours at a fair and reasonable price and got me on my way.
