This is my second review from my 12/19/2025 visit: I want to compliment Molly(Medical Assistant), Monika(Medical Assistant), Hilary(Supervisor), Crystal(Front Desk Medical Secretary) and Connor Knight(PA-C). All of these employees work together to put me at ease and efficiently work together to solve my issues. Connor Knight is the best.
Very disappointing experience for both myself and my husband. We each waited over six months for appointments. On the day of my visit, I arrived on time and was told the office was running about an hour and a half behind. The front desk staff member who checked me in explicitly told me it was fine to wait in my car and take a work call and said I would be called when they were ready. Professional, kind, always make you feel comfortable regardless of what your issue is. Great place! From the staff admin. you meet when entering to the doctors and nurses.#1
Service is good after you finally see representative, mostly see PA’s. Will receive a text to make sure that I have my copay ready and arrive 15 minutes early to wait for over 1/2 hour in exam room! This has happened to me 3 times!! I leave after waiting 1/2 hour as my time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. I purposely schedule first early am appointment but somehow provider is always delayed??
