They want 48 hrs. Notice if you can't make your appointment, but will leave you sitting in the exam room for 45 minutes without so much as anyone stopping in and apologizing for their being late. If you make an appointment then keep it! I think patients should be able to bill for wasting our time.
I had to wait 5 months to get in. Didn't even see a real Dr. Only an associate.i truly felt like they didn't want to help me with my issue at all. They only recommended that I go to an orthopedic hand surgeon that was not even local. So overall I truly don't think much of this place between the extremely long wait to get in and within 15 minutes I was already walking out the door with a name nothing more.
