I've been using Lacho Tire Shop for serveral years. Today I had a disappointing experience at the shop. They tried to charge me $25 to patch a tire, but I went down the street to another shop and had the same repair done for $15. I know the pricing was unfair and inconsistent. I believe all customers should be treated honestly and charged reasonable prices accross the board. The workers was trying to pocket an extra $10. I am gonna send a friend there next week to see how much they will be charged for a patched tire.

Prices have doubled from the old $50 standard, making a decent used tire feel like a luxury. While the quality is still there, paying over $100 for used rubber is a tough pill to swallow in today's market.

Oscar helped me out with my tires and made the whole process easy. He took the time to explain pricing clearly and worked with me in a way that felt honest and fair. I’ve had experiences at other tire shops where I felt taken advantage of, but that was not the case here. Oscar treated me with respect and didn’t try to overcharge me or push anything I didn’t need. Sells me a tire, the tire goes flat as soon I get to work, I went back to change they close because they left early I come back the next day turns out it was “the piercing valve” instead of just changing it they still charge me extra 15$ to replace what should have just been replaced in the beginning real bad communication & I’m a returning customer that will not show up again ever DO NOT COME HERE FOR TIRES REPLACEMENT
