I’ve just had a procedure done at Parkes Hospital as my local hospital couldn’t fit me in, and I have to say how great everybody was there. Every member of staff I encountered, from admissions to doctors, were all friendly, caring & professional and made my time there so much better. A lovely modern building with TONS of parking, too. I can’t rate them highly enough

Got bumped from Dubbo for a procedure to Parkes. What a great team they have there. Admissions were clear,accurate and left no room for doubt to what was required. Friendly with a smile, everyone I dealt with at each processing point were friendly, happy and professional. Procedure completed promptly, all involved carried their profession at top level. This has got to be the worst hospital I've ever been to. Something needs to be done about the EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT asap. How many complaints does one place need before someone takes things seriously????
