A waste of time, expected to get help just got to repeat my issue 3 times to be told they agree with me no help at all.
I used the vending machine to get a bottle of water and the machine said “payment declined” but 2 minutes later I got a notification that I had paid $4 so I went to check to see if it had dispensed my water bottle but it hadn’t. I got scammed!

Longest wait time I've ever had. Myself and one other lady in ER, waited for 10 minutes to be seen by a nurse which was brilliant cannot commend enough; yet have waited 4 hours and was forgotten about before asking if I was going to be seen soon to which a nurse replied that everyone else had been seen before me (yet there was 2 of us in the ER????). I understand there are priorities but seriously 4 hours to see 2 people??????
