So rude staff the nurses are the worse and they don’t know how to speak and also if there is a emergency they dont care.. if the medical system is like this why should anyone will come to the hospital they will loose faith in the medical system..

Triage is ridiculously long. Every person says something different type of place. Wait is 7 hours even if not super busy and on a “good day” however once a doctor gets to you service is good and efficient. X-ray was quick. Agree with reviews saying staff doesn’t seem to want to be there.

Aujourd’hui, le 12/09/2025, je suis entrée aux urgences à 11h30 et j’en suis sortie à 12h30. L’infirmière m’a aidée et m’a conseillé de prendre un rendez-vous puisque la salle était pleine. On m’a donné un rendez-vous seulement 10 minutes plus tard. Tout a été très rapide et le personnel très aimable. C’est pour cela que je viens toujours ici : ce n’est peut-être pas l’endroit le plus moderne, mais les soins sont toujours les plus efficaces et rapides

I went into the ER on a Monday at about 9:30AM and got out 2pm! I took a number when I first got in, and I was surprised to see the registration lady so quick! She was a bit stern, but I think it's because I was talking too fast, so I slowed down, and she appreciated that. Then I went to get a hospital card, and there were only 2 people in front of me, so I got it pretty fast! I brought the papers and card back, and was seen by a nurse instantly.
