I went in for the second time for a bad ankle sprain, previous doctor had said that if in a few days I was still in pain to come back, so I did. Just to get invalidated by the triage nurse, I also needed a document signed for my job. After waiting 12hours, they tell us the nurse has put my case as a non emergency and that it was my fault bc I turned down an appointment for Tuesday, when I was still in a lot of pain and also needed to know if I could go back to work on Monday. 12 hour min waiting time if you come in at night, but easy to do that in the day too. The nurse wasn't happy I talked in English and refused to respond and didn't like my French much. I've done 12 in the worst pain imaginable only to see a nurse that recommends deep breathing, only to be scolded for not going to see a doctor at another clinic the next day.
