I went there not long ago and I had a disappointing experience, especially since ive been going there since i was 4 years old. After my cleaning, Dr lachance was on a lunch break, I didn't mind waiting 5-10 minutes as the receptionist told me she'd be back in about 5 mins ish? But I actually happened to wait almost 20 mins so I go to the receptionist and ask where the heck is she? Cause I had another appointment and work after, so they called her and said that she was running late and wouldn't be back for another almost 30 m... read more
A friendly and welcoming place. The dentist is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I value her recommendations always. Recently had a bridge implant appointment and the process was flawless. Being able to set an appointment for 7am is another benefit. Highly recommend.
My dental hygiene may not be the best but the staff and Dr. Santos have done great work in cleaning and doing the odd jobs for my dental care, proud to be their patient for the past few years.
