Great ,fast ,friendly service
Went in ready to spend about $10'000. On getting my 4x4 decked out to max for off road camping. I ask if they could send a quote through. Week 2 went in spoke to a female to see if they had done the quote she said she would follow up on it and send off asap. 4 weeks later still nothing. Not impressed at all.
Clear coat failing just outside of warranty. Car is garaged 50% of the year. Approached TJM and I was told “ I thought the warranty on our paint was 12 months anyway” (Warranty period was Four years) The clear coat started failing just outside of the warranty period. Not what I expected out of a $5000 canopy. Response given was it’s out of warranty.. Poor customer service and will not be shopping at the store or recommending TJM to anyone.
Had a enquiry about an issue on my tow-bar called these guys and spoke with Josh he said bring your ute down I’ll have a look for you. He sorted it out for us on the spot and got us back on the road. Great customer service!
This store not only has great products but will fit them for you as well, the customer service is out of this world, staff are friendly and respectful and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my 4x4 or camping needs
