We hired Charlotte to decorate our wedding venue (Saxon Hall in Southend) as well as provide buttonholes and bridal bouquets for our wedding party. She was incredible - clearly knows her job extremely well, and at the initial consultation, made several suggestions we wouldn’t have thought about ourselves but ended up being crucial. Communication with Lacey was absolutely amazing! She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. The price was very reasonable, and her professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress free. On the day of the event, the church looked mesmerising every detail was perfect, and I loved every part of it. I couldn’t have asked for better décor. Highly recommend!
What an amazing experience! I used Lacey’s to decorate my wedding venue from chair covers to table decorations, light up Mr and Mrs, sweetie cart and flowers the list goes on! Charlotte was so lovely to deal with nothing was to much trouble for her. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she created it all beautifully! I’ve used Lacey’s twice now for important events over the years with the most recent being my wedding reception. The customer service from start to finish is second to none and I received so many compliments on how pretty the venue looked.
