First lived there when it was like 800$ HOW IS IT 1400 starting now?!? There have been no upgrades from what I see etc. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They are taking advantage of you. The location is nice but the price with no upgrades is not.
I have nothing bad to say about these apartments. I love living here. The staff is amazing especially the manager and assistant.The operation Manager is awsome as well. The apartments are very safe and secluded from College street. Anything wrong with your apartment, maintenance is on it.
I wouldn’t even give this complex 1 star if that was an option. I was fleeing from a domestic violence and they wouldn’t let me off of my lease, I had to physically be there (where my abuser was) to sign off on the lease and since my ex set the apartment on fire after I left and I was still on the lease they still are holding me responsible EVEN THOUGH I was already on a new lease by myself. Terrible management. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
I appreciate the service I received here. They made the process of moving in easy, not stressful. Ms. Suzy and Ms. Courtney provided excellent customer service, informing me of my options and working with me to make sure moving in was secured. I’m glad to be a resident here at LPA. Inside the apartment are no issues as they made sure to document and follow the checklist. By far the best service I received in a long time. I say thank you, again!
