We have used Lacey’s several times in the past and had a really good experience but this time we did not. I was told to drop my vehicle off for repair on Monday which I did and they stated it would be ready first of the next week. I called Wednesday of next week after not hearing from them which I was told they haven’t even started on it due to waiting on the insurance adjuster. Have and always will use Lacey Paint & Body. They have done right by us on every accident we have been in or had. They are quick and very thorough with their work. They know you need your car back and they get the job done. Even if you aren’t needing to take your car bc of an accident but want your car repainted this is where I’d go. Their work is flawless, and everything is in perfect condition when you get it back. Cannot recommend them enough.
