Left car for left front fender repair. Two weeks later found out they totaled the car and did not call me. They started stripping parts off car. They and the insurance company in cahoots together. Do not trust them! I got the car from the insurance company Allstate. Bought Fender $65.00. headlight assembly $150.00 bumper $70.00. fender was painted for $50.00. I reassembled the drive door which they took apart and put the car together myself. Do not trust Lacy or Allstate!

Took 3 weeks to get my granddaughters car fixed . No calls no updates when she came on the day they called finally to get her car ( she lives out of state) it wasn’t ready and they never called her to inform her of any other issues.
They did a wonderful job on my late husband's truck. It looks as good as it did coming off the lot. They even cleaned the cab out, which was in awful shape due to the accident it was involved in. Would highly recommend.
Good kind experienced people. They couldn't find the part I needed HOWEVER they offered to put the part on for FREE if I could get it myself. Now it was only a somewhat small part but that kind of kindness is rare these days. 👍✌️🙂
