Lacey group have developed a great building in Kirra beach - The Del Ray. Despite buildinig challenges affecting the whole industry, it weas great to be kept up to date of the progress. The building is great and ammenities wonderful.

My experience was nightmare. All factual, we had contracts reissued a second time before site start at The Monroe with higher pricing after I signed 6 months previously. The build was almost 3 years (my longest of any developer to date) and not allowing just a two weeks for my finance approval to come in my apartment was sold from under me at a significantly higher price.
