Amazing staff and service! Had an emergency on a work trip they were able to help us right away. Not to mention they went the extra mile by letting me use the printer at the receptionist desk to help us meet a reporting deadline. Fixed my colleague up and made us all feel at ease. If I lived in this area - this would be my dentist - no question.
I was here in Baton Rouge for work and unexpectedly needed a root canal. The entire staff was amazing. I can't say enough. I might need to fly down to Louisiana for Dental service in the future.
My family has gone here for years, and it is hands down the best dentist practice I’ve ever used. From a dentistry perspective they are knowledgeable, honest, and always work with the patient to find the best solution for whatever it is that you need. And as far as customer service, it doesn’t get any better! They are first class in everything they do.
Galliano Family Dentistry has provided a wonderful dental experience for me in the last several months. The office staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Lacey Galliano helped me understand what I needed and gave me an absolutely beautiful result. She and the office staff put me at ease and were very accommodating. I’ve been a patient since 2018. Prior to that I hadn’t been to the dentist for at least a decade out of fear. The staff was so welcoming and sensitive to my fear of the dentist. The environment in the office itself is also very disarming and calm. Through the last 8 years I’ve been back at least twice per year and continue to stay on track. All of my experiences with office staff, hygienists, and the docs has me coming back! Not to mention that I come from Texas for my appointments.
