Should be NO Star Rating – I took my new door and my old door to have the hinge recesses milled to match. I marked both doors with my name tapes they provided, and handed them to one of their employees. This was on Monday, I was told that the milling gets done on Thursday. So they have my doors for 4 days to do what I would estimate to take 30 minutes or less. Whatever, I have to wait until Thursday to get my doors.
