RecommendedHad my car for 6 months and hit a deer. My appointment was easy, dropped the car off, went next door and jumped in the rental car and 1 week later (3 days earlier than expected) my car was ready to go and looked fantastic!!! They not only detailed the exterior but the interior was immaculate!! The customer service was great and that was the smoothest process to go through! Definetly recommend!! Keep up the great work!!!

This is the best place around! Been a returning customer for over 14 years now....wouldn't take my vehicle to any place else! I had an amazing excellent experience with Lacey Collision Center. They did more than I expected. My car is like new! They even washed, waxed and cleaned the upholstery! I give them a 5 star review! Such an amazing company! Quick and fantastic services! Work is superb!! Text message updates as vehicle is being worked on, received phone calls when needed, very friendly staff, and rental car agent available when dropping off keys. They went above and beyond! Most companies would have slapped on a company paper plate after my personalized plate was dented pretty bad, but they straightened it out as much as they could and put back on with new brackets.
