My appointment was for 9am, Ruth came out at 9:10 to see me, I went into the room and sat down ready for my consultation however Ruth had to take a call, which was fine as it may have been important, so I waited patiently. At 9:40 and still no sign of Ruth I decided that my time wasn't being respected so I got up to leave, as I was leaving I saw Ruth in a separate room making coffee. Good to know that coffee takes priority over my mental health.

Ruth often runs very late and doesn't have a receptionist which for me created stress and activated attachment injuries - this is problematic in a therapeutic relationship, particularly as Ruth claims to be trauma informed. She often takes weeks or months to reply to emails and more than once I had to send follow ups to her to request a reply. I found this unprofessional and inconsiderate in such a vulnerable space. A very comfortable and pleasant place to go and unload. All I felt was a great sense of calmness, tranquility & also slot stronger after I left. A very good physiologist for women & maybe men as I felt very at ease with Ruth and she is very easy to talk to. Thank you

This women is Amazing in her chosen field of work I give credit where its deserved she takes broken lives and makes them work again if your life is so complicated please come see this beautiful caring and responsive she gets true results ive known many people in my life but Ruth Paul goes way above anyone ive known in my entire life if you cant get your life the way you wanted come see this up most proffessional Psychologist become happy again you wont be dissapointed
