Dr. Lacerda was not helpful and rude. He yelled at me when I came to his office to pay him because I interrupted a session. There was no other way to pay him; it had to be cash and in person. Perhaps he was frustrated that I decided to stop my therapy. Also, communicating with him was quite frustrating because he only used his office phone. Come on, at least offer email, too.
