If I could give 0 stars i would. This company has always been my go to for hair for YEARS! I never thought I would get scammed by them and not receive my order that I paid hundreds of dollars for. Is this place still opened my sister and I ordered hair from here we have always ordered hair from here. Have never had an issue. We've ordered our hair. She's been waiting since January 20th. For her hair and she still hasn't received it. And it is April now I ordered mine, beginning of March and I have not received mine as well. Always a gr8t experience
I purchased hair in July did not receive it until the end of August. I finally put it in October and the hair is hard and brittle and shedding like a dog. I’ve washed it conditioned it and it’s bad. I leave a trail of hair wherever I go. I will never ever shop with you all again. I got a 4 bundle deal.
If I could give this a negative review I would. I have been ordering hair from this company for almost 10 years. I spent almost $300 on three bundles of hair. My hairdresser installed the hair she went to curl it and it melted. This is not human hair. I don’t know what happened to this company, but it is not the same hair that I used to get.
