I live out of state and had an arrangement delivered to a friend in Fort Collins today. I messed up and used an old address for my friend and it was initially taken to the wrong house. Samantha quickly realized the people who lived there had a name that didn’t match and contacted me immediately to explain the situation. I got her the correct address(which was not close by), Samantha delivered it to my friend within the hour and let me know it was received by the correct recipient.
