Owner Crystal is very rude and unprofessional. Please don't trust her in collecting your DNA results. She didn't co label my parents sample completely and then additional papers had to be signed. She refused to take responsibility and wants to argue with me . If you feel you must then you have to watch her and double check her labeling. I should have known from day of collection. She placed my moms name on the envelope with wrong date of birth and that should have been my red flag
