If I could give 6 stars for Lacasse Construction I would! I have done many projects with them over the last 10 years, both residential and commercial. Each and every time I have had not only extraordinary service but every one of the crew members have become like family. They are friendly, polite, tidy and considerate. Lacasse construction seems to be good at final construction results however their process and consideration for local neighbours during construction leaves a lot to be desired. A long term project on an apartment building has been noisy which is understandable and they do follow bylaws around noise etc. what they don’t do is respond to neighbours complaints about leaving ugly equipment hanging over communal hedges that become eyesores for backyard landscapes. Lacasse Construction built my house, which was finished about a year ago, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. The entire process, from design and estimating, through the construction phase, to post-construction follow-up was smooth and efficient.
