I have been trying to get my wife’s Quest code recoded for one year as it was denied by Medicare. Dr LaCamara office keeps telling me they relayed my message to billing, yet it keeps falling in a black hole. I asked Marisol if I can Talk to billing directly, but that say it is back office off site billing?? I called multiple times, no one ever called me back or corrected billing lab code.

Dr LaCamera is an awesome doctor. Does not rush you in or out listens orders test to rule out symptoms. His office manager and billing manager are useless. I paid for a procedure that I was told went to my deductible. UHC paid this claim in full. I called multiple times left message talked to billing no one ever called me back or refunded me. I had to call UHC to get involved. The representative called the office and left a message with billing regarding the refund. UHC sent letters to the office and I still have not receive... read more

My wife had a procedure with this Dr. La Camera today at 10:30 AM . At 1:30, they still have not started the procedure. And they were supposed to finish by 12:30. The Dr over books his procedures and makes you wait for hours. I had an appointment for this Dr tomorrow, but after waiting for 4.5 hours, I have canceled my appointment.

Best doctor ever! He is so friendly that even during the first visit, he seems like family.
