I paid for parking via QR code, but the email receipt didn't include the building entrance code. I had to call customer service to get it.
Don't use the hangtag app for this parkade cause you will not have the re-entry door code to get back inside the parkade. The code is only available from the printed receipt so you will have to use the parking meter before you walk outside the glass door exits. There are problems here: 1) the parking meter is a bit hidden to the left of the elevator and stairs door; 2) there is a hangtag app sign by the elevator door.
I bought a ticket online, the entrance to the parking lot is only by the code that is written in the check, it is not written on the online ticket stood for an hour, waiting for at least someone to open the door
