So disappointed with the experience. $45 wasted on messy rooms, no workers to check you in, and when you complain they just say you did the room wrong and dont actually come to help. I got splinters from the wood on the unkempt floor and will pronabnly need to disinfect myself so I dont get disease. 3 separate families were there and all of them had problems. Do not water your time go do Quandry or other places.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Staff and customer service is pretty non existent, half of the rooms do not function, and the place is littered with trash. Horrible experience. I will be calling for a refund because I did not pay $40 for sticky crusty hands and rooms that don’t work
Don’t believe those 5 star reviews this is the worst place to go. None of the rooms work. It’s dirty. And the ball pit doesn’t have balls 🤣
This is one of the worst experiences I've ever been through. I was filled with so much hope when walking in only to be disappointed like when my wife left me. It looks like WWIII took place in some of these rooms especially the barracks. Almost everything is broken, genuinely a waste of your time and money. I would've had more fun in a Walmart or even a dollar tree. Please save your money and don't go here, ever.
