Bought a set of saddle bags and the frame for my motorcycle and arrived July 29. Tried attaching the framework to my bike with no instructions or pictures. Requested some instructions or some guidance on July 31. After several hours of trying to get it worked out I requested a return of merchandise. Still have not gotten a response for either request as of Aug 10. Just seems like customer service isn't one of their concerns. Guess I should have googled them and read the reviews before ordering!
