First time ordering from here, and the estimate arrival for the part was December 2, I order it last Saturday and just got it today
Ordered tubing for brake line kit with a proportional valve received to me after a reorder was sent bad packaging supposedly never received proportional valve have emailed several times no reply
I bought a part from this site they are definitely not worth buying from they won't send me my refund they ignore me (Dont buy from this site)!!!
Bought a set of saddle bags and the frame for my motorcycle and arrived July 29. Tried attaching the framework to my bike with no instructions or pictures. Requested some instructions or some guidance on July 31. After several hours of trying to get it worked out I requested a return of merchandise. Still have not gotten a response for either request as of Aug 10. Just seems like customer service isn't one of their concerns. Guess I should have googled them and read the reviews before ordering!
