Very poor communication. They failed to tell us our child did not need to attend the first session of the psychology appointment so my child was present the whole time I needed to discuss my concerns. After all the money we paid it was a time waster as my child obviously was present and was getting bored and disruptive at times. It would have been beneficial for them to say “the first appointment is for the parent only”. I think there is a reason they do not have a wait list.
This is a beautiful clinic, I saw Kylie here years ago and I encountered a beautiful healing experience. I’ve seen long term positive improvements in my mental health and my personal growth. I still use the strategies that she taught me and the mental health toolbox I gained from these sessions most days when experiencing challenging thought patterns and difficult emotions.
