Cafe expensive but nice to visit occasionally
Fantastic facilities and staff are superb. I pay extra for exclusive assistance for two half hour sessions per week. The regime they have devized for me really has improved my fitness and overall mobility.
Very friendly
As gyms go, it is a bit smallish, but being AGE UK it's ideal for the slightly older generation, although younger people can use it. The gym has recently installed a whole range of new equipment and is very well run by the friendly staff and volunteers who give up their time to help you with your fitness.
