After a billing error in August of 2017, I have had multiple phone conversations, filed a BBB complaint (that was unanswered), and still haven't received a refund from an over payment. It is February 2019.
My friend worked here and heard all about the terrible management and how the gtechnical supervisor and vice president treat the techs with inequality. The Indeed reviews are spot on.
