Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service representative.
Once again Labthink came in to do our annual calibration for our testing equipment. The service was on point and the technician was excellent as usual. The Labthink staff has always been a solid partner to us for several years. In our experience, their machines perform to a very high standard, their staff is resourceful and very competent, and they have no trouble making customers' issues their own until they are solved.
