I had labs done in January 2025 and I’m still getting bills in December 2025 from them saying my insurance hasn’t completely paid. Good thing I updated my address or I would’ve not received the bill and probably gone to collections. Also, I have paid all my bills - but the length they take to file the claim almost feels predatory- like they send you 3 and 4 separate bills for the same set of labs- hence I took a metabolic and Lyme disease test together, but it was broken down in three separate bills and I was never notified ... read more
On Thursday 8/8 I had the rudest interaction with phlebotomist Letty/Leticia. My husband recently suffered a stroke and was ordered to have blood drawn. When the appt was scheduled the coordinator told me our phlebotomist will get here early because they know patients need to eat after fasting. Unfortunately, Letty arrived late and it took me calling the company at 12:56 and then having her call me to confirm she was still coming. Amazing work ethics and trustworthy people. I definitely recommend using them when needed. Friendly too!
Had my blood drawn through my doctor's office through Labtech, they took my I durance, the staff was great, results were fast and it was a good experience. I used quest prior but last time they drew my blood I had a bruise for over a week. The technician that did my draw with labeltech, I didn't even feel it when she did my draw. I will be recommending them.
