Bought a class 3 coat mid-January. Within a few weeks the reflective striping material was flaking off. It was just outside of the 30 day return policy. I submitted pictures. I was told that the manufacturer was going to give them a credit and when they received it, they would then give me my refund. I don't think my refund should depend on or wait on the manufacturer to credit them. They received my money when I ordered the coat. This company is amazing! I've been doing business with them since 1994. The sales staff were always wonderful, especially when they were located in River North. The owner Dave is a great guy. I buy all my gloves from them. I encourage you to try them! Thanks 👍
