Excellent service and professional workers. The facility was a little difficult to find, but once inside it was like any other medical office. I would definitely use them a again.
I found all the staff at Labs To Go friendly, knowledgeable of their craft and extremely helpful by informing me of the situation, researching and sharing extra information that I need because I was a new resident to Virginia Beach, and responsible to each other on their team by teaching procedures and processes to each team member present by ensuring all gained the knowledge necessary.
The staff at "Labs To Go" had me in and out within no time. The staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. It took a lot less time to get the tests done that I needed than I have previously experienced at other locations. The costs of the tests were also very good.
I must say that my experience with Labs To Go was great. The convenience of having on-site drug screening is cost effective and the delay in productivity was eliminated. They are professional and we will continue to use them for all future drug screenings. I recommend Labs To Go to those interested in saving time and money along with receiving high quality screenings.
