I bought their Pharmaceutical grade refrigerator and freezer for vaccine storage units in May 2020. I received them in July 2020. Within a month, the temperatures in refrigerator began to climb. I called the tech support four times and spent 30-60 minutes each time, trying to fix the issue unsuccessfully. I asked them to send a tech to fix it and they refused.
