One star is way too generous. Some time ago, I made an appointment with this “plastic surgeon?” to do my upper eyelids and possibly a rhinoplasty. He spent less than 20 minutes on the surgery and left before I woke up. At the scheduled follow-up, he became angry, arrogant and demeaning when I complained that my eyelids were the same as before the fast surgery.
